Nivala-Seuraa tradition that moved online

Every spring Nivala-Seura collects gifts from family and friends for the town's graduating students. On graduation day each graduate receives the gifts and an adressi, a card listing everyone who remembered them. I built a web app for the tribute, with card payments around the clock.

03 · The year

Open when it matters

The tribute follows the year. The system opens in spring, serves around the clock and closes before the celebration. The rest of the year it waits for the next spring.

Opens in spring

Graduates give their permission, the list fills up and giving opens.

04 · Admin

Every thread in one place

Nivala-Seura sees gifts per graduate, adds gifts paid in cash at Nivala-Puoti to the same list and exports everything to Excel. Try the panel.
